I am an eclectic integrated theoretical oriented experienced clinician and wellness life-coach. I have over 12 years of experience in the behavioral health field dedicated to helping others in need. I utilize solution focused goals and interventions while helping clients identify and utilize their "wise-mind" while replacing maladaptive thoughts and behaviors incorporating learned mindfulness and distress tolerance skills to motivate change. I focus on creating a safe environment for clients while building rapport to aid in the process of developing a healthy treatment plan establishing SMART obtainable goals that will be beneficial to the therapeutic process. I utilize specialties to include Observation, CBT, REBT, DBT, Somatic, Systemic, Holistic practices, Motivational Interviewing, Modeling, Role Play, knowledge of the 12-Step Big Book, Resources and Advocacy as needed that will help clients in reaching their individualized treatment goals.
