As a therapist, my mission is to accompany you on your journey towards long-term well-being and provide unwavering support as you navigate the difficult, painful, and disruptive experiences in your life. Through our work together, you will have the tools to resolve conflicts in your relationships, cultivate new and more positive ways of thinking and feeling about yourself and others, and overcome obstacles that may be hindering your ability to find joy and fulfillment in life. It would be an honor to serve as your mentor as we create a safe and healing space for you to process these experiences.
My expertise lies in working with trauma survivors, particularly those struggling with PTSD, and I am trained in EMDR to help you process these traumas and improve your quality of life. I also enjoy working with older adults on their unique challenges and helping adults with autism gain independence. As your coach, I am committed to guiding you towards optimal mental health.
You can easily schedule sessions with me via phone or email, and I will respond within 24 hours to arrange an appointment. I am available on weekday evenings and on Wednesdays from 7 am to 9 pm at our main office. I am excited for the opportunity to serve you in a welcoming and compassionate practice environment.
