His approach to counseling is holistic and he believes that wellness is achieved when one's psychological, physical, and spiritual aspects are in harmony. Ben is well-versed in various therapeutic techniques such as existential, humanistic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. He specializes in supporting clients with disabilities, whether physical or developmental, and has a keen interest in parenting, particularly those with children who have disabilities. Currently, Ben has a few morning telehealth appointments available for adults, but unfortunately, he is not accepting new clients for children at this time.
