As a therapist with nearly a decade of experience, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate mental health and relationship challenges. I believe that each person has unique expertise when it comes to their own mental health, and I'm here to offer guidance and support as you work towards becoming the best version of yourself.
My approach draws on a range of theoretical orientations, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Throughout my career, I've worked with clients facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders.
I find great satisfaction in working with clients who are seeking additional support and I'm honored to be part of their journey. In fact, a college supervisor once advised me to "always try to leave people better than when you found them," and that philosophy continues to guide my work as a therapist.
