Our aim is to empower individuals through targeted therapy and consultation, using a holistic approach to provide outpatient counseling in a comfortable, relaxed setting. We specialize in working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, adults, and the elderly, as well as couples, families, and groups. Our expertise spans several areas, such as trauma, separation/divorce, unemployment, death and dying, grief, mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (including fears, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder), personality disorders, psychosis (including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and delusional disorder), and developmental disabilities (such as cognitive delays and autism spectrum disorders).

Our highly experienced staff has a proven track record in overseeing services for individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities. Additionally, we offer contract services for dispute resolution, policy and procedure development, quality assurance and quality improvement, survey research and design, and employee assistance programs.
