Amy Creegan
Description
As the clinical director at BBH, Amy brings more than 18 years of therapy field experience to her role. She holds a Master's Degree of Science with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Rhode Island. With her expertise in working with children, parenting, and adults, she has consistently helped her clients deal with anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, trauma, and other life issues.
Amy uses a variety of interventions, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, psycho education, and behavior and thinking shaping techniques to help her clients improve their adjustment in home, school, work, and community. She takes an eclectic approach that includes positivity, resourcing, and strengths-based interventions. Amy works with individuals, couples, and families and provides supportive psychotherapy.
