Description
As someone who is passionate about helping others, I specialize in assisting children, adolescents, adults, and couples to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, anger management, addiction, self-esteem issues, and spiritual emptiness. My aim is to understand the root causes of any conflicts or issues that my clients are facing, and to help them make meaningful and purposeful changes in their lives.
To do this, I use an integrative approach to treatment, drawing on a range of modalities that are tailored to the specific needs of each individual. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, trauma and abuse, parent-child communication issues, behavioral problems, and spiritual issues. I also have experience with evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT).
As someone who understands that Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) manifests differently in every person, I am trained to perform psychological testing and use therapeutic techniques to help with social and communication styles, mood regulation, and behavioral patterns.
