Whether it's related to yourself or the world around you, we can tackle a wide range of problems together. The purpose of therapy is to identify solutions to problems and devise practical interventions that you can implement. However, it can also serve as a platform to discuss issues that cannot be resolved.

I find working with individuals in STEM fields, the neurodivergent population (ADHD, Autism), school teachers or professors, and young adults particularly gratifying. Ultimately, you have the power to create your narrative, and I am here to support you in achieving just that.
