Description
After earning her Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Jess Holly pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the same institution. She worked at a children's community mental health agency in and around Minneapolis, providing in-home therapeutic support to children and families dealing with serious and persistent mental and behavioral health challenges. Jess also has experience treating adults with depression and anxiety.
Jess Holly employs evidence-based therapeutic techniques and works collaboratively with her clients, whether they are children, adults, or families, to identify and achieve their wellness goals. She specializes in treating children with complex trauma and working with families dealing with post-adoption challenges. Jess works with individuals of all ages, recognizing that life-disrupting anxiety and related issues can emerge at any time. Her treatment programs are tailored to each client's developmental stage and incorporate age-appropriate methods for learning and behavior modification.
