At North Star Family Autism Center, we aim to provide essential support for individuals on the autism spectrum and their caregivers as they navigate through their unique experiences. Autism can present many challenges, including managing the symptoms of the disorder and handling difficult emotions like anxiety and sadness. In addition, caregivers may struggle with their own emotional responses and have difficulty understanding how to best support their loved one.

Our center employs evidence-based therapeutic approaches to offer education, parent training, social support, and individual therapy to family members. We recognize that caring for a person with autism requires a family-wide effort, so we also provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults on the spectrum.

Our compassionate therapists are dedicated to walking alongside individuals with autism and their families throughout their journey to gain knowledge, coping skills, and confidence.
