With experience working across various age groups in diverse settings, I believe that insight is key to achieving lasting change. My approach to therapy involves collaborative psychodynamic work between the patient and therapist, which serves as a catalyst for emotional growth. In my office, individuals are welcome to discuss any topic or idea without fear of judgement. By exploring the underlying issues that contribute to a range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, autism, and mood disorders, we can work towards sustained transformation.

My therapeutic services include individual, couples, group, play and family therapy. I also offer trainings, supervision, and case consultation. My focus is on helping those in emotional pain find comfort, and I have several years of experience working both in outpatient and residential settings.
