Description
With over two decades of experience in supporting adults, youths, and families, my aim is to empower my clients by helping them recognize their own values and skills, which in turn helps them to develop positive thoughts and behaviors to reach their goals. My services cover a wide range of issues related to anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I work with clients residing in Vermont, Florida, and Thailand, offering therapy in English. I specialize in supporting youths during their transition into adulthood, individuals who have experienced trauma, and those with neurological issues such as PTSD, ADHD, and ASD. As a Humanistic Behavioralist, I believe that a positive therapeutic relationship is the foundation of promoting change, which can be achieved through planning new thoughts and behaviors for the future. I use various interactive and playful techniques to work with clients, including metaphors and symbols. My clients have placed their trust in me, and I consider this trust to be central to the therapeutic and healing process. I also support parents on an individual basis. I accept insurance for clients based in Vermont. My work is especially effective with youths, high-functioning ASD individuals, and those with developmental delays. Seeking help is a brave step towards a better life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with my clients every day.
