Description
As a clinical therapist, I work with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents. I have extensive experience in crisis intervention and helping families navigate major life changes. My goal is to support clients in their journey of self-discovery and identity formation. I have worked with individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, behavioral issues, and those on the autism spectrum. I am committed to helping my clients find meaning and develop healthy coping mechanisms through evidence-based techniques and theories.
In my practice, I utilize a strengths-based approach and various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and education. My approach is client-centered and built on empathy and authenticity. I strive to create an inclusive environment that honors each client's unique experiences and journey. I enjoy the rewarding and sometimes challenging process of building therapeutic relationships with individuals and families.
