With over three decades of experience, I have assisted countless adults in addressing a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, addictions, grief, and relationship issues. I specialize in addictions and possess extensive experience in detox, rehab, and outpatient care. I have also worked in mental health settings and Employee Assistance Programs on Wall Street, tackling diverse problems and issues. My training in family systems therapy, Gottman marriage, and RLT allows me to offer couples counseling and marriage therapy as well.
