Folayan Williams
Folayan Williams, LPC received her Master's Degree in Psychology/Community Counseling from Troy University in May 2011. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2015 and is also a certified Instructor of P.I.C.K. - a Partner program focused on Premarital Interpersonal Choices and Knowledge. With over 7 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including community clinics, hospitals, schools, and substance abuse programs, Folayan has worked with clients ranging from 5-year-old children to adults. Her areas of specialization include Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Grief Issues, Behavioral/Parenting Issues, Women's Issues, Abuse, and Relationship/Marital Issues. Folayan utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral approach to therapy and places great emphasis on Person Centered approaches. She firmly believes that in order for real progress to occur, individuals must be willing to work on their true selves. When she's not working, Folayan enjoys singing, reading, working out, and volunteering in the community and church, Holsey Monumental in Columbus, GA. She also loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
