My approach to therapy is customized to each individual and may incorporate mindfulness, cognitive, DBT, and exposure therapies, depending on what works best for you. I also specialize in working with children and teens, using play therapy and DBT therapy for BPD. For couples, I focus on improving communication skills and fostering emotional intimacy.

I have extensive experience working with clients in various settings, including clinics, schools, and private practice. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, ADHD, behavior problems, as well as treating PTSD, OCD, phobias, and GAD using exposure therapy. I take pride in helping my clients achieve their therapeutic goals and look forward to working with you.
