As a licensed professional counselor and registered therapist, I lead a team of four clinicians, including another art therapist and counselor, a clinical social worker, and a counselor who utilizes talk, art, and play. Our services cater to individuals and families of all ages who are struggling with emotional, mental, developmental, or behavioral disorders.
While our practice is broad, our specialties include children, adolescents, and young adults. We prioritize helping our clients develop self-expression, emotional and self-awareness, coping skills, and recognition of their strengths. Additionally, we focus on adjustment to life changes, crisis prevention and intervention, anxiety, depression, trauma, social skills, and communication skills. Our personalized approach ensures that every client receives the support they need to achieve personal growth.
