As a mental health professional, I find it fulfilling to support women dealing with mood and anxiety disorders, particularly those with trauma-related experiences or emotional concerns related to chronic health conditions. My advocacy extends to those with neurodiversity, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My goal is to assist individuals in identifying their unique needs, utilizing differential diagnostic assessment and psychological testing as necessary to pinpoint specific concerns and pave the way for meaningful growth.
My expertise includes a variety of cognitive behavioral therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Additionally, I am trained in several group interventions and am thrilled to facilitate a Mind-Body skills-based stress management group in early 2023.
