As a therapist with over two decades of experience, I have worked with individuals of all ages facing a diverse range of challenges, such as depression, anxiety, grief, behavioral issues, unresolved childhood trauma, and abuse, including sexual and physical. My expertise includes EMDR Certification, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Theraplay, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Art Therapy, and Attachment Focused Therapy. I have a special place in my heart for working with those on the Autism spectrum.

My approach is one of support, confidentiality, and safety as we navigate obstacles, struggles, and past traumas to achieve success.
