Kris Allen Riddle
Description
Kris obtained his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi in 1996 and subsequently started his career in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. In 2001, he earned his Master's degree in Counselor Education and became a licensed professional counselor in 2008. Kris has since worked in various psychiatric and outpatient settings and received specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TFCBT) for children, the Gottman Method Level 1 for Couples Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
Kris's expertise lies in helping individuals struggling with issues related to depression, past trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse. His therapeutic approach incorporates a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
