Whether it's a child struggling with behavior, mood, or school performance, adults seeking to fill a void in their lives, or those who have been impacted by traumatic events such as the pandemic, I am committed to helping individuals overcome their initial anxieties and reservations about therapy by building a strong therapeutic relationship.

I employ an integrative approach that takes into account our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in addressing our difficulties, needs, and goals. While addressing symptoms is crucial, I believe it's equally important to help clients develop and grow into the person they aspire to be.
