As someone dedicated to helping young people navigate life's transitions and overcome traumas, I am passionate about fostering healthy relationships and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. I prioritize educating young women on avoiding abusive relationships while encouraging young men to explore what it means to be a man. Additionally, I specialize in helping teenagers manage anger by addressing underlying fears and sadness. Witnessing clients transform their pain into purpose is a privilege I hold dear, and I utilize a range of therapeutic tools, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy, among others, to help them achieve their goals. My ultimate objective is to empower you to grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward with the tools to define yourself outside of your challenges.
