Established in 2005, Portneuf Valley Family Center is a locally owned mental health clinic that is committed to providing exceptional mental health services in Southeast Idaho. With two conveniently located offices in Pocatello and Soda Springs, we serve individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and adults who are facing a wide range of challenging issues. Our experienced staff members are highly trained and dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals. We offer a full range of mental health services, including Therapy, Community Based, Rehabilitation, Case Management, Targeted Care Coordination, Medication Management, and Peer Supportive Services.
