Description

I gravitate toward Cognitive Behavior Therapy, however am informed by a number of other modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory and Family Systems. I rarely draw from one method with any one client and meet my patients where they are, in a way that is comfortable, while still challenging. I find that having clear goals when initiating treatment is a primary factor in the therapy's success. I am lucky to have myriad colleagues who are always available to me for consultation and referrals. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding my methods, training or practice.
