Description
As humans, we all strive for progress, but there are times when we may make harmful choices or struggle with managing our emotions. During these moments, seeking assistance from a third party can help us gain clarity and explore solutions. Counseling is a powerful tool that can provide quick relief and offer hope in times of distress. With the right support and guidance, anyone can transform their thinking and behaviors, and create a more positive and supportive environment for themselves. As a Clinical Member of AAMFT and NAADAC, I specialize in helping individuals of all ages navigate developmental and adjustment issues. I also have a passion for working with couples and families facing psychological challenges, and I have extensive experience helping families cope with the effects of addiction. In addition to my private practice, I have taught in the Human Service field at the University of Phoenix and National University. Let's work together to tackle life's challenges and create a brighter future.
