Sarah Ruggera

Description

Because my husband is on the Spectrum I was experiencing great difficulty during the first 10 years of our 21 year marriage. Our problems didn't make sense as he is a loving, caring and generous man. He appeared to be not thoughtful and was unable to comfort me in times of sorrow. We received some couples counseling but the process was not effective as I have come to understand working with Neurodiverse Couples is an expertise. As a result I received training from The Asperger/Autism Network and am a Certified Neurodiverse Counselor. My training and personal experience makes for more effective communication.
