My approach is to meet you where you are and support you through this challenging time. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism, and trauma, using evidence-based techniques such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. I provide therapy for individuals of all ages, couples, and families, as well as support for loved ones of those with borderline personality disorder and other diagnoses.
Together, we will collaborate to set achievable goals and determine the best treatment approach for you. Some examples of goals we may work on include improving communication, managing emotions effectively, reducing stress, changing self-defeating behaviors, developing coping strategies, and enhancing executive functioning skills.
