My approach to therapy is holistic and incorporates various techniques including cognitive behavior theory, trauma-informed interventions, positive behavioral supports, and solution-focused methods. I strongly believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe space where clients can feel validated, understood, and supported in navigating life's challenges. My clinical areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, parenting, life transitions, relationship issues, school avoidance, the LGBTQ community, and learning disabilities.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University, and I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and the LGBTQ community in clinical and school settings.

My goal is to empower you by providing practical tools and techniques that facilitate positive growth. Therapy is a transformative experience that can bring healing and change to everyone.
