Description
I am a mental health professional specializing in helping adults overcome mental health challenges that hinder their ability to lead fulfilling lives with optimal health and wellness. My focus areas include supporting families affected by domestic violence and autism, assisting individuals with personal health and wellness, and helping adolescents and adults develop life skills and self-esteem while navigating challenging life transitions.
As a Native American woman, I prioritize recognizing the unique needs of each client, whether related to relationships, family dynamics, race, gender, sexuality, culture, parenting, income, or other challenges. I employ a personalized approach to treatment, utilizing a blend of evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Social Learning Theory, ABA, Functional Behavioral Analysis, and CBT. Additionally, I integrate solution-focused therapy and other alternative forms of therapy to provide a tailored and effective experience for each individual.
